Does it happen with all files or with a particular one? it is for all presets or for PSP only?
What about other converting software? Does it work quicker?

highlight videos in iTunes, then click advanced (top left corner) and click Create ipod or iphone version. iTunes will actually create a new version that you can download to your ipod, and you can just get rid of the older version since the new one is already saved in the iTunes file on your hard drive.

the Videos... button is for playlists, it's to mark the videos you want to download and uncheck the ones you don't want to download. I suppose the links you paste to the program aren't playlists, just single videos. Specify youtube links please, I'll check them.

Please try Windows Media Player as a workaround, it can rip CD (open the player and click "Rip" at the top of the program window). We'll try to fix the bug in our software

I don't understand what exactly you mean.

Where is the box "VIDEO" grayed? on your player? in the program? in what program?

What's the format of the files you try to transfer to your player?

    Specify your player model

About the playlist issue: there is an option to save playlists, make right mouse click in the input area in the program and select "Save list"

I doubt we'll add 44.1 kHz preset, the only way out is to convert downloaded mp3 using Free Audio Converter, there is a preset editor in the program

It may be a bug. Do you have this problem with all hd files or with particular ones?
