I have a different problems. Many files no longer extract at all and those that do result in images with very poor resolution. I followed the steps above but no change. Any advice?

I'm having a similar problem with this new update. The only conversion that works now is every 30 frames. All other options do now work but it gives me a file folder that's empty each time I try to do a conversion regardless of the type of video file I use. Is there a fix or a way I can go back to an older version of the program?

I keep getting "Conversion Failed---check preset parameters". I really need this program for my small business.

I just noticed this thread, while browsing thru the forum topics for the first time, And, I've had this same problem also. I'm in Miami Beach FL USA here, I only tried to extract once, had the problem, didn't try to extract again. Would be useful to make some animations with the frames.. When exactly do you expect a fix, eh?
