Skype Recorder error message

    Thanks on this great product.
    Yesterday I received a video call. I started Free Video Call Recorder for Skype.
    I set the program to record other party only, and pressed record button.
    The application showed this error message: "recording will only start after other side have turned video on" though I was already viewing the other party's video feed.
    I was unable to record anything from this call. Does the other party's Skype version or mine has to do with this? I'm using Skype, not sure about the other party's version.


    Hi Jbenavides. Most probably you have launched the program after the beginning of the conversation. The recording may be incomplete. We recommend you restart your call.
