    Hi. For my first time trying out DVDvideosoft's FREE VIDEO EDITOR, I had no sound from the video I imported. On Windows Media Player I hear the sound fine. On FREE VIDEO EDITOR even though I hear no sound, the audio file part shows visual signs of sound. My volume on my laptop was at 100, but I heard nothing. Should I stop trying to use FREE VIDEO EDITOR or will there be a solution to the problem? I need to be able to hear sound in order to do a proper video edit. Please help?

    Hi Palu. Thanks for your report. Please one more time send all your details, and your video file so the specialists can start analyzing your case as soon as possible. Instruction for sending video file:
    First, check its size please.
    If your file is less than 10 mb, attach it to your ticket. If it is more than 10 mb, follow this instruction please:
    1. download dropbox
    2. install dropbox on your PC and create an account;
    3. drop a file into the Public folder;
    4. right-click this file, then choose Dropbox > Copy Public Link. This copies an Internet link to your file that you should send me.
    Send it to our Help Desk
