    @DutchAnton we're working at problem with Google Chrome and we hope to fix it soon.

    @jmdr send us the logs and the specialists start analysing your case as soon as possible.

    1. Launch 'Log Report'
    Start → All programs (Apps on Windows 8) → DVDVideoSoft → Log Report or just press Ctrl+Alt+L.
    2. Click 'OK' to open the folder with archived logs.
    3. Send '_logs_to_send' to Help Desk.

    I'm running into another issue now.

    Since installing the beta of Free YouTube Download I have problem when browsing in Chrome. From time to time an extra tab will open, with various websites I would normally never visit.

    The problem disappears when I uninstall the Free YouTube Download beta, and reappears when I re-install it.

    During installation I see no options to prevent that 'feature.' I de-selected the option to install browser extensions.

    @DutchAnton, try to download this version Not a beta and if the problem persists, make a screenshot of this page and send it to support team
