Firewall Issue

    Dear Users,

    If you cannot download anything at all, it is a Firewall/antivirus issue in most cases. Try to do the following:

    - reset Firewall settings => add DVDVideoSoft to your Whitelist.
    - open Firewall settings => Exceptions => find DVDVideoSoft and select it => OK

    If you don't know how to reset the settings or add the program to the exception list, please don't hesitate to contact our engineer in charge Miki Gavette and indicate the name of your Firewall.
