Audio Still Not Working….

    I have downloaded the Free Video Call Recorder and the audio was not working. So then I saw that the "Codex" was maybe out of date, so I needed to update my drivers. You recommended going to "Driver Updater" which is a MicroSoft partner and updating everything. I did that, everything has been updated and the audio is still missing when I look at the recordings from the video....can anyone help with this?

    You might need to install this Codec Pack

    Then try to use the program again. Contact support team in case of problems.
