Hi, I found this forum by Google. Yes you can use it with Windows ME. When I first downloaded it months ago, it worked so perfectly well. Then for some reason after I ghosted my machine and downloaded it again, it didn't work. It would only work on XP. I thought crap, the old version works so well. Well I did some googling and found CNET keeps tracks of versions and what you have as an operating system requirement. After looking through some versions, I found the optimal version of "Free YouTube Download 2.2.2.1" Then if you google this you find the website of dvdvideosoft.com has earlier versions that you can download. http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/earlier-versions-of-dvd-video-soft.htm Posted 9 months ago # |

I am getting the "Class not registered" error as well and have tried all of the suggestions on this thread (and the FAQ) with no luck. I even tried an earlier version but get the same error. Posted 6 months ago # |

The interface has been designed to ease the users and is very easy on the eye. You can enjoy a comfortable conversion process. Moreover, it also can convert into Zune video from almost any popular video formats, such as AVI, WMV, MP4, MKV, etc. Posted 6 months ago # |

Herbert, what's your OS? XP 64bit? In this case you should download and install XMLLite package for Win XP 64 bit from Microsoft's site or directly from our site Posted 5 months ago # |

Now i am able to convert the files, but even though i am using settings that had previously worked for me (prior to getting a new hard drive and starting with a fresh install of windows xp) i am unable to load the mp4 files on to my ipod. They go into itunes but will not go onto the ipod. I am still able to load mp4 files that i previously created, or have created with other programs. Any suggestions? Posted 5 months ago # |
