everything is fine until i finish converting, when i discover i can't find the mp3! it says it's finished converting, the output folder is just C:>Documents and Settings>Administrator>Desktop but the song is not there! when i search it can't find it, even though the converter says it is done.

please do the following:

1. go to Start->All programs->DVDVideoSoft->Uninstall
2. manually delete folders (if you have them on your pc):
- C:\Program Files\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft
3. download and install the entire Free Studio.

Besides I advice you  to select an output location as My Documents, for instance, instead of Desktop.

Hey guys, Mine was working fine until yesterday, and now when it finishes downloading, it says complete, like usual, but when I go to find the file, I cannot find it. I tried setting the location manually and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Ive tried to get a video multiple times, but the software downloads and converts it, when i go to the output folder that its supposed to be in, its not there, this has never happened until now, can someone tell me whats wrong?

just downloading the program again did the trick...i had the problem that it said download complete but when i went to the output folder it wasnt there...just downloading it again fixed it...thanks for the help and thanks for this great program

Hi there! I've been using the MP3 thingy, and it's been working fine until last night. I download stuff, but then I can't find it. :( I've even tried to download it somewhere where I can see the file after downloading, like my desktop, but even after it's finished, the MP3 isn't there. What's going on?

I have a problem.
My youtube converter was working fine for months and now when it finishes downloading songs... they aren't anywhere. I checked the destination and it was to" free youtube converter" folder but nothing was there.
I kept retrying but they wouldn't show up. This has been happening for a couple days so can anyone help please?

i need help for some reason the songs don't show up where i saved them it says 100% done but it stops at 50%

Hi.  Yes....the program is working as well as it could be.  However, whenever I download the songs it doesn't show up in the output folder.  I've tried downloading the same three songs several times and I don't see them when I pull up the folder. 

Could you please help me with this problem?

Hi.  I had the same problem.  But i read the forums here and got a solution that worked for me.

After you chose your songs and paste it in the url link.  Click the "output name" button right beside the "browse" button.  Uncheck the "include original youtube title".  Then fill in the "name prefix" and "name post prefix".  They will be the file name.

Could you please help the MP3 converter does not work so i would uninstall it complete.How can I uninstall YouTube MP3 Converter from PC? And how can I download the programme again?

Another problem is  that i just started to uninstall the programme and install the new one from the side - but although it downloaded. I dind't find it at the PC. Where is it download- why can't i find this file, please?

These "[][][]" is like html protection.

I have downloaded the yt to mp3 conv and have been using it for about 2-3 months. the problem i am having is the you tube video is converted but does not appear in the folder selected to store the converted mp3. It has been working fine uptil now. I have tried reinstalling the software several times and updated too. also i have changed the folder where converted mp3's are stored with no luck. please help!

I have kinda problem that there comes a boxes (at the center of the boxes there are 'youtube'). It hasn't been there before, can someone help? Not very good at English! It doesn't install the music nowhere. When I search them, nothing.. I tried to save them to desktop but still nothing. HELP PLEASE! :)

sarah, download and install the entire Free Studio (the newest version), it may fix the problem

hiya.
been using free studio for about a year and its been working absolutly fine
but today i tried to download a youtube clip but it comes up with the error message "the programme did not manage to access youtube. check firewall, proxy sites and internet connection settings" 

the programme seemed to be working fine until i downloaded IE8 - is this the problem?

just added the programme to my exceptions on firewall and it still doesnt work?  please help! xx

oh sorry guys - i reseted the computer and the problem worked its self out :)

After about fifteen or so songs, the converter will only save one song at a time (if it doesn't stop working altogether!) It tells me the download was completed, but when I open the folder it was told to save the files in, they're nowhere to be found. I've tried using the search feature on the computer to see if it was glitched into another folder, but with no luck.

Mich, download and install the newest Free Studio 4.2.3.68 If you continue getting the problem specify those failed links, I'll check them.
