Can anyone tell me why the YouTube Downloader/MP3 Converter is all of a sudden 'freezing' on me? It sometimes won't even finish before 'freezing' on me.

I'm having the same problem, the YouTube Downloader and the YouTube to MP3 converter both suddenly started freezing up a week or two ago. (They've always worked great before, btw, wonderful software. =] )

Now it usually gets through the first item in the queue and then hangs, but it will sometimes stop halfway through a video or (once or twice) finish off everything in the queue and freeze right after.

Do you want me to send you my log files too?

Mithras, first download the latest versions of the programs.

If you have the problem again you should send me the log files FreeYouTubeDownload_log.txt and FreeYouTubeToMP3Converter_log.txt.

I just downloaded the YouTube MP3 Convertor 3.1.3.2 last night, and it freezes on me also. I tried it out with one song and it froze at 100%. I had to close the program to try another which also froze at 100%. While both songs downloaded fine and play great in iTunes, having to close the program and then close the window that pops up saying "send error report" is a pain. So today I tried a diferent tactic and had ten songs in the queue but it froze at 9%. After closing everything, I found that it had correctly downloaded 2 of the 10 songs.

I've had this Youtube to Mp3 convertor for about a month. Lately it has not been downloading anything an has only been having conversion errors. I was wondering what exactly causes these conversion errors so I can take care of it.

Hi, I have the free youtube downloader since 10min. I tryed to downlooad a video but the program keep saying there's no video to this url and i've tryed 5 different one. please help

I am fairly consistently having the problem of YouTube MP3 Convertor 3.1.3.2 freezing or hanging at 100% after processing one single file. Obviously there is no point even trying to process a batch. I will submit log file for comparison to others'.

Reinstalled 3.1.3.2 over the old and it seems to be working fine now doing single file conversions and batch of two.

Iam having a problem with the free youtube convertor i have tried to post songs from youtube urls but all its saying is that the youtube link is not available can you please help.

I downloaded the latest youtube mp3 converter and it wont work. I tried numerous times with other computers and the same problem comes up. Something pops up saying Class not registered, ClassID: {626FEDEF-C3B4-4BFC-9B56-7105C1872808}. Can anyone help me solve this problem please?

I can't use the youtub-mp3-converter any longer, or any other converter because of the fail report that the number 436 "avformat-52.dll" cant be found.
The downloading starts, but stops at 50% with another fail report.
What's wrong?

Installed the latest version today (old one worked fine), and get the two error messages on startup of the program.
"Program could not be started, because XmlLite.dll wasn't found (Windows search can find it...). Reinstallation could solve the problem."

Hi, I just download the newest version and I get the error messages Program could not be started, because XmlLite.dll wasn't found and ClassID: {626FEDEF-C3B4-4BFC etc}. I can see other people have had this problem. Please fix it.
Thanks I love the program, but I have to be able to use it.

I downloaded and installed the latest FreeVideoToiPodConverter, FreeYouTubeDownload, freeyoutubetoipodconverter and FreeYouTubeToMp3Converter but it wont work. All of them suddenly started freezing up....no Errormessage !?

Hi I loaded the Dvdvideosoft today but when I put the you tube link there they tell me that theres something wrong.what can I do ?

i have firefox and i get the same error message "cannot open clipboard: the operation was completed successfully"

When I try to download I get the error message "Access violation at address 00E00230". Read the address of 00000000.

What did I do wrong?

to Miley: do you get any error message or what? please write it in detail.

to rawl: go to Options... and uncheck the box "Auto-paste URLs from the Clipboard". The error message won't appear again after that.
