I just downloaded the new version and it works fine now. New version no longer has the Youtube label as it did before, so maybe you should try changing the title?

Hi there, I read your posts and I had the same problem.
Just now I deinstalled an older version and installed the newest and everything is working as before.

After downloading the latest version it works again!

I faced the same problem since yesterday after having used this program successfully before. I tried PerCent's advice and it worked:
you have to change the output name by adding a prefix and a suffix and then it works.

Having the same problem, have added Japanese language to my system but that hasn't helped.

Just installed the latest version, still doesn't work. One thing I have noticed, once the dowload gets to 50% it finishes very quickly.
Think I'll wait until the problem is fixed.

Yup ...mine gets up to 50% and then say 'Downloaded successfully' even though nothing is showing on output folder. 

I hope it gets fixed soon. Damn !

also i was downloading 3 songs but it only downloaded 2 and now it's not working at all and doing the 50% download successful thing :(

In Output Name I unchecked "Include Original YouTube title" and provided Name Prefix. It works for me now.

Allright...so far so good...I have the 3.2.2.66 and all works well...have successfully downloaded Japanese songs (with non latin character) & western song....will post if something happen...

I'm having the same problem as the others. I downloaded it like I normally would, with the output folder set to the same place as always... but even after 100%, the files did not appear in the folder. I tried this multiple times for each song, tried changing the output folder, etc. 

I haven't tried to download the newer version, but some folks have said it doesn't work either, 'cause YouTube changed something? Hmm... Good luck figuring out the problem, DVDSoft! Thanks!

Of course me writing on here mean's I'm also having the same problem. It worked fine yesterday (last used it around 00:30 this morning) and I've never had a problem with it since i started using it months ago but today is not showing the song's after it say's 100% downloaded. It's the Free YouTube to MP3 Converter that I'm using. (Trying to use)

Like some other people on here I'm not that good at the technology side of the computer. But i have uninstalled the mp3 converter and installed the newer version, still no joy tho.
I dont under stand what people mean by changing setting's to japanese and why that would help me, the title of the song's I download doesnt have japanese in them. If there's anything else I can try please let me know, in a form that I'll understand.

its little annoying but for me it works too

so the problem is with strange symbols wchich youtube add to files

i hav it  at desktop but it doesnt match

for me, I got:
[][][]Youtube[][][][][](video name)[][]
So I'd remove everything around the (video name) but when it says download successful! nothings in the folder...
I'm pretty sure this only happened after I updated since it doesn't notify me aboutthe update anymore (my sister may have updated it)
