Hi, first of all thanks for the great job :c)

Yesterday I downloaded to new software version 3.2.1.61 and tried to convert some videos. No problems with the software but when I put them in Itunes library and try to syncronize it says that those video aren't ready for Ipod.

I've Windows Vista (don't know if 64 or 32 bit...) and I've set the following parameters
DEVICE: APPLE IPOD
QUALITY: IPOD HIGHEST QUALITY (H264)

What's going on? Can I solve the problem simply installing the old version (that worked properly for me)??

UPDATE: I've installed the old version 3.1.3.51 and everything is ok (no problem with Itunes and I can see my videos on the tv).

I'dl like to use the new one with H264, please let know what to do to upgrade

here's Doyle's solution you suggested me:

"This is how I solved the problem of "you can't download this because your ipod cant play this video". Open itunes, highlight the video then click advanced (top left corner) and click create ipod or iphone version. itunes will actually create a new version that you can download to your ipod, and you can just get rid of the older version since the new one is already saved in the itunes file on your hard drive."

Yesterday I started the same process with Itunes but it takes so much time to prepare a file and I stopped it before the end and before making a test. I'll try but I don't really like this way because there's a double work on one file... Anyway I'll let you know ;c)
