I can't download Youtube to iPod conversion software.  The download fails with the message -

Access Violation at address 00409AOE  Write of address 00400000

Any ideas, please

Dave, are you sure you get this error message trying to download, (not launch) the program?

I have just tried again, to be absolutely sure.

The error occurs right at the end of the download process, just as it is about to begin the launch process.

ok, I see. What link do you download from? Can you specify it?
I advice you try to download the entire Free Studio from this URL http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/download/FreeStudio.exe
Please let me know whether it fixes the problem or not.

I can't download Free Studio - I get the following error:

Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.

Dave, do you get this message by your browser? or antivirus? Specify them please. I think there are some options which are set as "high protection level" on your pc.
What about other software, do you get the same message trying to download other files from internet?

I managed to download Freee Studio then I got the same error as with Convert YouTube to iPod.

I can't download anything from your site and it's the only one I am having trouble with.  I must say this is becoming a little frustrating now.

Dave, lets clarify it: you successfully downloaded Free Studio from http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/download/FreeStudio.exe and then you got "Access violation" error, correct? When did you get it? Right after downloading process was 100% complete? or when?

For clarification:

Yes, I downloaded FreeStudio from the supplied URL, successfully.

THEN I got the Access Violation error.

I got it right after the downloading process was 100% complete

Dave, specify your internet browser and its version. Surely it's connected with your browser settings, add-ons or so.

Hi,
i have problems with the youtube to mp3 converter, everytime i try to paste a URL i got the following error message: Access violation at address 'random numbers' - Read of address 'random numbers'

I tried redownloading the converter 2 times, downloaded the full studio, redownloaded full studio 2 times (uninstall and then manually deleted folders everytime) and everytime same error. I checked my firewall too, i tried with different browsers and nohing changed... same error everytime. I dunno what to do
