these days, ive been getting bad movie atom error from itunes whenever i download a video from youtube. im using youtube to ipod converter 3.2.2.65. does anyone know how to fix this problem??

I've been experiencing exactly the same issues with videos I've downloaded from youTube recently using the same version of ipod Converter.  They worked OK on Oct 28th but the next time I tried (30th) I got the error code.
I've not found a simple solution yet (unless a newer version of ipod converter is launched) but I have discovered that if I convert the corrupt file into an "avi" format and then re-convert it back into an "mp4" format it works!  I used Prism Video Converter software to do this but you have to pay for it!
I've found that the free AoA MP4 patch doesn't work for me.

To tell the truth we know about this problem and we got it on some computers. It was fixed by reinstalling Windows and upgrading iTunes and Service Pack.
