When I try to paste the URL, the program will freeze at 0%. I've tried multiple times and it does the same thing. I've even tried to download past versions, did the same thing. Right now, I'm using version 3.2.2.65. The program worked great on my last computer, and would love for it to work on this one too. Please help. Not sure if you need to know, but, I'm using Vista, Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64-bit.

Click the Options... button in the program window and make sure the boxes "Use proxy server" and "Auto-paste URLs from the Clipboard" are unchecked.

They are unchecked and it still freezes.

is it a particular URL, could you specify it?

It's not just one URL. I've tried others. Some of the ones I've tried are ones that I downloaded from my last computer. But, here is one that I try.

Mandi, I suppose the matter might be in the internet provider, we are checking it now. As a workaround I can offer you to use a free service keepvid.com, it downloads streaming video.
