I really need help. I'm using Itunes 9.0.1.8, and I can't add songs that I've downloaded from Youtube nor my iPod using DVDVideoSoft. I thought my problem was that my DVDVideoSoft program version was not the latest one, so I downloaded it, but still it won't work. Help!! Posted 1 month ago # |

I go into youtube and copy-paste the link to the program. I click download and it starts doing it... when it finishes, I open drag the song into iTunes but iTunes won't read it. It doesn't appear any error message or somethink like that, the song just won't add... I tried to add the song by clicking File... Add song to library... also tried by right-clicking the song, and selecting Open with... iTunes and it still won't work :( Neither the Windows Media Player can open the song. I right-cliked the song and went into properties, details... and in the file size, it says "3.83 KB"... in my experience, the song size should be around 2-4 MB, and I don't know why the files I've been dowloading have the same range of size but in KB! Also can't add them :( I'm using DVDVideo Soft version 3.2.1.61 heeeeelllppp :( Posted 1 month ago # |

Ok, thanks for the links. One more question: does Free VIDEO to mp3 converter work for you? Could you convert any video file using this program? What's the size of the output mp3? It is several kbs too? Please inform me about the result. Posted 1 month ago # |

I'm having the same issue. It just started for me around yesterday. The song downloads and everything just fine. When you go to play the song, iTunes pops up, it just won't read the song or add it to your library. Posted 1 month ago # |

Hi blanca, do you have the latest version of our software. If no, do the following things: 1) uninstall the software (go to Start > All Programs > DVDVideoSoft > Uninstall) 2) manually delete folders (if you have them on your pc): - C:\Program Files\DVDVideoSoft - C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft 3) download and install the latest Free Studio If yes, could you give me the links from YouTube or send your problem mp3s to support.fr@dvdvideosoft.com. In "Subject" type "blanca , forum 1814". Posted 1 month ago # |

Hi joe comer, we don't have the program free youtube to itunes downloader. Did you mean Free YouTube to iPod & PSP Converter? Or what? On the main page of our site there is a list of our programs, each of them has a guide about how to use it. Just click "How to use" and learn that. The downloaded video / songs are saved either in the output folder you chose or in the folder DVDVideoSoft in My Documents. To add files to iTunes you have just drag&drop them. You can also update your iTunes if your version is not the latest one Posted 1 month ago # |

Sun, I bet you use some old version of Free YouTube to MP3 Converter. You should do the following things: 1) uninstall the software (go to Start > All Programs > DVDVideoSoft > Uninstall) 2) manually delete folders (if you have them on your pc): - C:\Program Files\DVDVideoSoft - C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft 3) download and install the latest Free Studio Posted 1 month ago # |

Sun, could you tell me what output path you have for the downloaded files? Are there any non-latin symbols in the name? Posted 4 weeks ago # |

I left the names [...] And the output path is usually to the folder on my desktop. Posted 4 weeks ago # |

I downloaded the youtube to ipod converter tonight and it worked perfect for the first 2 videos I downloaded, I was able to add each to my itunes library, edit the tags, everything. I was very pleased. But my third video, the same night, would not add to my itunes library. It downloaded/converted to MP4 and I can play it using WMP, but it will not add to my itunes library. I'm stumped. Posted 3 weeks ago # |
