Audio Converter Data Deletion (5 posts)

Hi, When using the Audio converter to change mp3s into any kind. It deletes all the info.

So like I put in a song. It has the genre, name and all stuff stored on it.

After converting it it loses this all and I have to enter all it manually. All it remembers is just the file name and that's it. It is annoying and never did this on the old version before I updated it. Any help?

PcBoyGeorge, please specify the output format and the preset you select, we'll check it then.

It is when I convert to either AAC, WMA or MP4. The data always dissapears.

Here are screenshots of what happens.

Platnum- Love shy from Now 71 before conversion as mp3:-

But after conversion all the data you see will be erased.

You can use the audio converter to convert the mp3s you downloaded into mp3s again and the tags can be edited. A easy work around for the time being. Worked fine for me.
