When I try to open the Free Disc Burner an error pops up saying 'The recorder cannot be initialized. Contact support@dvdvideosoft.com'

I've reinstalled it twice and it still keeps popping up

Thanks...

Please install or update Intel Matrix Storage Manager

Then reinstall our programs and inform me about the result.

What kind of software is the Free Disc Burner? Does the DVD plays at the DVD Player if I burned mp3's and AVI's/Mpg's/MPEG's/ASF's/RM's/Matroska and so on...in one disc?

Free Disc Burner burns data discs, not dvd video, so it's impossible to play them on most of DVD players. There is another burner for this purpose - Free DVD Video Burner. But first before burning you should convert files to dvd video format using Free DVD Video Converter

You have lots of GREAT SOFTWARES. Is this all free? How can you manage to survive in tight competitions in Softwares if you don't sell this softwares?

Hi, keith hughes
Please make sure that files that you have converted to dvd format are played on DVD Player (to know that the files have been converted correctly). If they are ok, please right me back. If it is possible give me more details.

HI Keymaster,
Thanks for the file link but when I load the exe it still says " This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".
This is the same as the file I downloaded previously.
I am running windows 7 (32 Bit) on core 2 Duo T5500 with 4 GB of ram, which I would have thought is OK.
Any suggestions,
Thanks Again,

Roger.

Roger, I think you should wait for the update, we'll try to fix the problem for one of next versions. In fact we don't officially support Windows 7 now, but we are working on it.
