Sorry...it means that the old version doesn`t work anymore?
Because I have to use the old version. Why? Because the new version needs admin rights to install the converter. and I am only a normal user at this pc.

It was always impossible to install our software as a normal user, so I even can't imagine how you managed to do it earlier. In fact we've changed nothing about the rights to install our programs.

Uhm, i downloaded full Free studio, and installed it , now why cant i download all videos of youtube?, cant you figure somethig out for that ? =) cheers in advanced

Try to check Proxy Settings in the program (Menu Options), maybe Firewall blocked the program somehow. Or write us back specifying what exactly you have problem with: you cannot paste URL (URLs) from YouTube or you cannot download and find files in your PC or something else.
We will do our outmost to help you, we just need to understand first what kind of problem you have.

"the program didn't download some links , want to find a solution?"

Please send me some links - working and not-working ones. Send me also a screenshot showing error message which you receive after conversion is compeleted like this one (but yours should be showing links in red color which failed to download).

The program is working correctly, the only problem that I have is when the music downloads it doesn't go to the output folder anymore. Its almost like the file is full but when I switched to a new output file, I was still getting the same result.

amr951, please do the following:

1. go to Start->All programs->DVDVideoSoft->Uninstall
2. manually delete folders (if you have them on your pc):
- C:\Program Files\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft
3. download and install the entire Free Studio.

Besides I advice you to check whether output path contains not Latin symbols, it may cause the problem. If you continue getting the error please give me several links to test.

I have downloaded the newest program and it will not paste the url in the box.

I got the same error message "The program has not managed to create the output file in the following location:...Most probably you do not have enough rights to create files or folder on this drive." reinstalled the program etc etc until I noticed that the issue only appears sometimes whenever I downloaded multiple videos and sometimes the Youtube titles would contain special characters. Renaming the output file in the options to a different name (without special characters) would avoid the issue.....

So click on "outputname" , put in a name prefix, uncheck the checkboxes for "include original Video title" and leave postfix blank, then hit "ok" - for me this fixed the issue.

the technique above only works for single file downloads - in case of multiple file downloads I have to rename the files after download manually to reflect the correct title. Would it be possible to handle renaming (filtering out special characters as part of the output file generation) programmatically in a future version?

P.S. If you put downloaded files into iTunes you needn't add youtube title manually, because iTunes displays tag "title" instead of the file name. Most players and devices behave in the same way.

I've had the same problem.  But you guys need to uninstall the old version and re-install the new version.   All the programs works great now!

my converter doesnt work it says it downloads uccessfully but it does not show up in any folder how do i fix this
