Download K-Lite Codec Mega Pack - install this, if you see any problems during video files playback.

Has anyone had an issue of the sound and video not matching up on the video to Iphone converter? I was using an older version fine and then upgraded to the newest one and all my playbacks in itunes and on the iphone our out of sync by about 3 seconds.

The original video files that I have are fine. I even went as far as disabling anything else running on my computer which is way overpowered for this process. And it still happens. Any thoughts would be appreciated. The version of the converter is 2.1.3.51
Thanks

I need one of your original files for tests. I've emailed you about how to send it to me.

Yes, you should install quick time player. You can also use free AVS Media Player or free AVS DVD Player

Ovr the past few months I have been having problems playing back You Tube videos saved using your convertor and played back either via Quick Time, I-tunes or Windows Media Player. Most of the files saved prior to this problem are OK. I have tried altering the format into which the video should be saved, and the most reliable is the Original You Tube video, but even that can fail. Typical playback problems are jerky movements, lack of synchronisation of sound and video, or even, on occasion, freezing. I use broadband and a wireless router. Windows version is XP. I tried downloading your recommended AVS Media Player but do not know how to get this to load because it comes in a zipped format without any indication of which file to open to make it run.

Many users have such a problem with playing back youtube files via QuickTime and I don't know why. But everything is ok when you put that videos on iPod or another device.

I think you should use the recommended media player (I made a mistake - it isn't AVS Media Player, it's Free Media Player Classic Homecinema). First unzip the downloaded folder, then open it and run the file "mplayerc64.exe" (this program doesn't require installation, because it's a portable version)

You can also use AVS DVD Player, choose what you like more

Media Player Classic works a treat (apart from on one You Tube download which is in wide-screen format which I will try to save again and report back if I am still having trouble). The Classic Homecinema program could do with a bit of tweaking to the Favourites so that one can group videos according to subject, genre etc. However, as we say in English, "never look a gift horse in the mouth" because it's wonderful just to watch videos as they were originally broadcast (although even that can be demanding at hours of peak online traffic).

Thanks.

I'm using Free Disc Burner 1.1.3.52 and seem to be having problems watching a DVD.
If I put on a single movie it will play, but if I do six or four movies it will not play on my DVD player. The DVD player that I have is a Samsung its NEW. It will play AVI and DivX Movies Files.
It was working good for me but now its not working so good now. When Burner with Free Disc Burner 1.1.3.52 one may play out of the six and some time none will play at all. Can you please help me out with this problem?

Anyone else have this problem?

Thank You:

BillyHut, you should use another program - Free DVD Video Burner, it burns dvd video (Free Disc Burner burns data dvd, not dvd video)

how do to get 2 or 3 videos flies to burnt on a one dvd
and if i convert any files can i save them for burnung another time

I find that when converting video to DVD and then burning, the audio is at times off by 3-10 secs. This doesn't seem to happen when burning single movies and is only occurring when burning series. It doesn't happen everytime and I wonder is there a way of resolving the issue. There doesn't seem to be any relevance between the DVD quality and how much I'm trying to burn onto the DVD, I've tried burning only a few episodes and then many but the same thing seems to occur.

to percy forman: read this post please

to Sheldor: do you mean you burn several files one by one and everything is ok. Then you burn THE SAME movies at once and get the time off problem?
Anyway I advice you to download our test version of Free Studio and please let me know whether it works correctly for you.

bbporto, please answer me the following questions:
1. specify the program you use to convert
2. specify input/output formats of your video
3. what program do you use to playback video?
4. what happens when you try to playback the movie? Do you get an error message? What does it say?

1. I use the Free Video to iPod/PsP converter
2.the input format is .avi and the output format is .mp4 (iPod highest quality)
3.usually VlC-Player and my ipod touch
4.the playback of the original is fine just the converted videofile is not on sync and i do not get any error message...

hope you can help me^^

P.S.:you have done a really great job with your programs keep up the good work and i hope i can keep using the video converter

Some users have the same problem: they can't sync converted movies. We are trying to find what the problem is, and as soon as it's fixed we'll release an update.
Now I can offer you a workaround:
- use the preset "Normal Quality", it may work (but I'm not sure)
- download our test version of Free Studio (not published yet) and try it.
P.S. thanks for kind words ;)
