When I had the older version of free studio when I was downloading a song from Youtube with the “free youtube to MP3 converter” the song had a photo from the video as a file image. Now with the new version it does not doing it any more. I hope you understand me. Thanks

update your version. All YouTube downloading programs now download all videos which caused some problems previously, including videos stored with RTMP protocol.
Please follow this instruction:
1. go to Start->All programs->DVDVideoSoft->Uninstall
2. manually delete folders (if you have them on your pc):
– C:Program FilesDVDVideoSoft
– C:Program FilesCommon FilesDVDVideoSoft
3. download and install the latest version of Free Studio http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/free-dvd-video-software.htm

I downloaded the newest version.
I cannot open any of the programs. I tried to reinstall one individually, but when I went to use it again, I was taken to your install page.

3. download and install free cleaning program CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/
4. Run CCleaner, open Registry tab and click the Scan for issue button.
5. Then download and install all Free Studio http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/free-dvd-video-software.htm
I love these programs, my question though is when will the 3d video maker be available?
