And we are very pleased to announce that all our programs fully support Windows 7 with few exceptions.
These exceptions refer to burning software, but surely we are working on this issue and by Christmas we will prepare a new release of disc burning programs which will support Windows 7 and fix known problems.

Hello everybody

I am glad to inform you that we are releasing the update of our free software at the end of December.

We try to take into account the most part of remarks and requests of our users regarding programs interface and usability in order to make them simpler.

What is new? It is the possibility to download HD video from Youtube, in addition to a current function of downloading HQ and standard quality videos and it is the “link grabber” feature, suggested by you on our forum. I’m sure that you will love it, when you try it!

The most important is that we are releasing a long-awaited update for Free Youtube Uploader and I am sure it will work! Also from now on it will show the progress when uploading a video to Youtube and even will have the function of uploading HD videos.

Dear All, I’d like to inform you that we are working hard at new programs and this month you should expect several new titles from DVDVideoSoft. These are:

We would like to inform you that in May DVDVideoSoft moved to the new server!
Now the Internet connection comes to Gigabit (1000 Mbps), that is much more faster than it was (100 Mbps). Such an improvement allows to increase the downloading speed of our free software and speeds up the work of our forum.

And in the view of the fact that we are preparing next new huge update of free software, this Gigabit connection is for the good of both us and you. Now our server network usage is only about 10%. Let’s boost it up, when the new versions of our free tools are available. Keep watching our news!

What about us? Well, we are still working hard and preparing a new gift for you . Very soon we will release a new program Free MP4 Video Converter. This tool will enable you to convert video files to MP4 video format for portable devices: players, cell phones, smart phones and so on. The new program will have lots of predefined profiles for different devices, included but not limited to BlackBerry, Nokia, Motorola, SonyEricsson cell phones, Apple iPod, Sony PSP, Archos DVR, Creative Zen Vision, Epson P-series, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.

The program will have a profile editor, so you will be able to specify your device screen resolution, to play with bitrate and framerate in order to increase quality of output video or decrease output file size and to create custom profiles for your specific device with MP4 video support.
