Changing the source of cookies in the app may help you get rid of errors during the download. Adjusting the settings is easy! Go to Tools – Options – Advanced. In ‘Cookies source’, try various options such as ‘Most recent cookies’ / ‘Access your Google account’ / ‘Default browser’. After changing the settings, restart the app and your browser.
