YouTube downloading programs worldwide have had a number of problems due to hosting changes on YouTube which are still taking place.
Thanks to everybody who participated in remote assistance sessions, sent us log files for tests and helped us solve these problems. The information that we requested from you (log files and remote access to your PC) is the only possible way to fix the problems. We do not collect any personal information and cannot use it.
We hope that for now this madness caused by YouTube is over and you can enjoy using our programs again.
