Try to use the preset “HighestQuality 368×208” for your PSP, I think it can solve thr problem.
You mean the program freezes while detecting URLs? This process takes some time. May be your internet connection speed is low and you should be patient and wait a little?
I suppose you shouldn’t worry, it’s only an audio track. There are a lot of videos with borrowed tracks on YouTube so I don’t think they will remove your video.
I don’t know why our software worked before, but we really don’t support Windows ME, sorry…
