    I get video thumbnail in the actual version 4.1.47.
    Could you please provide me more details? Please send me the YouTube link, the screenshot of the output folder and program logs for tests.
    Please find them here:
    1. Launch ‘Log Report’
    Start → All programs (Apps on Windows 8) → DVDVideoSoft → Log Report or just press Ctrl+Alt+L.
    2. Click ‘OK’ to open the folder with archived logs.
    3. Send ‘_logs_to_send’ via Help Desk.

    It seems that you’re using the older version. Please update following the instruction:

    1. First uninstall all our programs:
    Click Start → All Programs → DVDVideoSoft → Uninstall (check the box ‘Select all’)
    2. Download and install Free YouTube to MP3 Converter 4.1.46.419 or Free YouTube Download 4.1.43.419

    Hi! Please open the application and go to Tools – Options – Output and check the option ‘Add output files to new iTunes playlist’.
    If this doesn’t work, send the program log files via Help Desk.

    We don’t support Free YouTube to MP3 Classic any more, you’re right. We’re not going to bring back this version in the nearest future.

    You are using an older version of the program. Please update it from our website and inform me about the result.

    1. First uninstall all our programs: Click Start → All Programs → DVDVideoSoft → Uninstall (check the box ‘Select all’)
    2. Download and install Free YouTube to MP3 Converter 4.1.44.406

    If the problem still persists, register via Help Desk and attach the program log files please.
    To send the log files open Free YouTube to MP3 Converter and go to Help – Collect logs.

    1 year key can be used for one year only. The activation period starts with the first activation. The unlimited key works as long as your PC ‘lives’. If you decide to reinstall/format your PC, feel free to contact our support team. We’ll reload the key and you’ll be able to continue using it.

    You need to switch to the premium version to get no watermarks.
    The conversion speed and video quality has been much improved in the new version.
