    Please, describe your problem in details. What program and what version of it are you using? At what moment do you receive the error message?
    Please register via Help Desk and send me the program log files for tests:
    1. open the app and go to Help – Collect logs;
    2. attach the file to your ticket please.

    Hi!
    Please make sure you’re using the actual version of Free YouTube Download, it should be 4.1.50.628.
    Now please open the app and go to Tools – Options – Output – Add output files to new iTunes playlist.
    Press ‘Download’. Will the output open in iTunes for you?
    If the problem still persists, please register via Help Desk and submit a request. Send the YouTube link to the support specialist and inform what program settings you used.

    What Free Studio version are you using? It is always recommended to use updates, because they contain most recent bug fixes and improvements.
    Yes, this is a one time payment. Please go to web page. Here you can choose your premium license.
    Free Studio Manager looks as on the page.

    2. Click ‘OK’ to open the folder with archived logs.

    Hi! It seems that you’re using the older version.
    The detection should work correctly on the actual build>
    1. First uninstall all our programs:
    Click Start → All Programs → DVDVideoSoft → Uninstall (check the box ‘Select all’)
    2. Download and install Free YouTube Download 4.1.49.626

    If the problem still persists, contact the support specialist via Help desk please.

    Dear users,
    DVDVideoSoft programs download and convert files at the best possible speed for you. Conversion time and speed can vary from system to system. They can depend not only on the DVDVideoSoft program, on certain factors as well: program settings, abilities of the modem, operating speed, etc.

    If converting takes considerably long, make sure that sufficient free space is available, your system is updated and free from any virus, trojan, etc.
    Please check the program version too. At the moment the latest version for Free YouTube Download is 4.1.50.628

    Dear Sven,
    Please follow this instruction and re-install the program:
    1. Go to Start->All programs->DVDVideoSoft->Uninstall
    2. Manually delete folders (if you have them on your PC):
    – C:\Program Files\DVDVideoSoft
    – C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft
    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\DVDVideoSoft

    3. Download and install free cleaning program CCleaner
    4. Open CCleaner, go to Cleaner tab und click Run CCleaner
    5. Open Registry tab, click Scan for Issues and then click Fix selected issues…

    6. Then download and install Free Video Call Recorder for Skype

    If the problem still persists, send me the program log files via Help Desk please.

    I get video thumbnail in the actual version 4.1.47.
    Could you please provide me more details? Please send me the YouTube link, the screenshot of the output folder and program logs for tests.
