Hey, since a few days I have some problems with the converter. In the past, I was able to converts mkvs to mp4 to import it into iTunes and then sync with iPad, but now, my iTunes tells me that the version isn't compatible with my iPad and makes an own iPad version of the movie in real-time, so I need 3h for one movie instead of half an hour in the past.

    Can you fix this?

Hi. Thanks for the report. Please one more time send all your details, and your program log files so the specialists can start analyzing your case as soon as possible. Instruction:
    1. Launch 'Log Report'
Start → All programs (Apps on Windows 8) → DVDVideoSoft → Log Report or just press Ctrl+Alt+L.
    2. Click 'OK' to open the folder with archived logs.
    3. Send '_logs_to_send' to Help Desk
