Keep getting ERROR 37

    Just became a PREMIUM member and am not seeing any difference – except that I’m out $40! Before becoming a PREMIUM member, I NEVER had a problem with downloading and editing videos. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! Now, I do. Seems strange. You get $40. I get PROBLEMS! I need this to work as I use it for my work with SENIORS and SENIORS with ALZHEIMER’S! What is “Error 47”? Why do items keep showing up on the downloader when I haven’t added them? Please advise – or refund if this cannot be corrected. Thank you!

    Please, describe your problem in details. What program and what version of it are you using? At what moment do you receive the error message?
    Please register via Help Desk and send me the program log files for tests:
    1. open the app and go to Help – Collect logs;
    2. attach the file to your ticket please.
