    How do I send a log file to your Help Desk. When I click on Help Desk I get dumped into a FAQ page. Where is the link or email address for the Help Desk?

    This is strange but I have to start somewhere.  I have installed FreeStudio the full package 3 times in the last 6 months.  Everything works quite well.  Then after a indeterminate period of time the main studio app is just gone from my machine, as if it was uninstalled.  All of the other apps are still there but the main start up application, from which I can choose any of the others, is gone.  The shortcut I make to the main app remains but turns into a question mark.   It's the strangest thing I have seen.  Does anyone have an idea what may be happening?  Have you seen this behavior anywhere else?  I just want to get the program installed so that it will stay around for a while.  If you need any more information from me to help diagnose what might be going on please let me know and I will help in any way I can.

    HELLO! Your responses are rather Curt. We just want help to get the software to work. We don't always understand what is happening so we go to the source, the so called experts, and we get a smart alleck answer back from you. This doesn't promote good relations.

    I had no idea that there was a "Ask the Specialist" option on the Help Desk and why would I expect to use that to send a log file. I was looking for a "Upload Log File" key or something. Ask the Specialist implies that I want to conduct an online conversation which I do not.
