An hour ago I posted this error, but I wanted to let you know that I installed your latest version of the software (v. 3.12.59.525) on a second computer that has tons of memory and upon trying to use it I got the same error. The complete text of the error is below:

"Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. Please install the latest version directly from our web site www.dvdvideosoft.com."

Hi. Thanks for the report. Please one more time send all your details, and your program log files so the specialists can start analyzing your case as soon as possible. Instruction:
    1. Launch 'Log Report'
Start → All programs (Apps on Windows 8) → DVDVideoSoft → Log Report or just press Ctrl+Alt+L.
    2. Click 'OK' to open the folder with archived logs.
    3. Send '_logs_to_send' to Help Desk
