    Hi Peeps,

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit) OS, which is not infected by viruses and/or malware. I have installed DVDVideoSoft's Free Studio normally and keep it updated to the latest version.

Often when I use the right mouse click for example when I want to run a new instance of iexplore.exe on the taskbar, EXPLORER.exe crashes which is very frustrating. The following information is being displayed in Event Viewer (it's in Dutch):
Naam van toepassing met fout: Explorer.EXE, versie: 6.1.7601.17567, tijdstempel: 0x4d672ee4
Naam van module met fout: DVSShellContextMenuExtension64.dll, versie: 1.0.0.1, tijdstempel: 0x5242ec9b
    Uitzonderingscode: 0xc0000005
    Foutoffset: 0x000000000000b0f6
    Rapport-id: 4e3938de-bdf1-11e4-bd67-832bb06b5565

    Application Error ID 1000

Is there a way to solve this issue?

    I am awaiting your reply.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Hi Joost. Thanks for your report. Please one more time send all your details, and your program log files so the specialists can start analyzing your case as soon as possible. Instruction:
    1. Launch 'Log Report'
Start → All programs (Apps on Windows 8) → DVDVideoSoft → Log Report or just press Ctrl+Alt+L.
    2. Click 'OK' to open the folder with archived logs.
    3. Send '_logs_to_send' to Help Desk
