How to upload files to an FTP server?
To upload the file you should use an ftp client, for example free FileZila.
Here is a mini-guide:
- download, install and run the program. Here is the direct link: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/filezilla/FileZilla_3.0.9.3_win32-setup.exe
- run the program: Start > All Programs > FileZila FTP Client > FileZila
- type the host name, username and password and click Quickconnect. Take a look at this screenshot: http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/img2/filezila.png
- find the file on your computer, make right mouse click on it and select Upload
