Copy DVD to computer hard drive:

Step 1. Download Free DVD Decrypter

This is the clearly free program. There are no spyware or adware. It's absolutely safe to install and to run!

Step 2. Launch Free DVD Decrypter

Follow Start > All Programs > DVDVideoSoft > Free DVD Decrypter or just click the program icon on the desktop.

The interface is very simple and self explaining. There are the field to select a drive with the DVD and the field for the output path.

Step 3. Select Input Drive

Free 3GP Video Converter: select input file

Select a drive with the DVD. If there is the only DVD drive in your computer, it will be selected automatically.

Step 4. Select Output Location

Free 3GP Video Converter: Click Browse to select output location

Click the bottom Browse button on the right. Choose the location where you would like to save your converted video file. Click Save.

Step 5. Copy DVD to Computer Hard Drive

Free 3GP Video Converter: select presets

Click the Save to PC button along the bottom of the interface and wait DVD to be copied.

Step 6. Convert DVD to AVI, WMV, MP4 and other formats (optional)

When you have decrypted DVD on the hard drive, you can convert it to other video formats using AVS Video Converter.
