I downloaded the older version YouTube Uploader but it won't let me log in...

it's an old version, it may have some bugs

Why don't you use the current version? It doesn't let log in too?

The newer version doesn't have the trimming tool...

It will have, we removed this option temporary. I think next versions will have.

Coz its that v2.9.1.1 is very easy for me to use.

do u know where else i could download the v2.9.1.1 coz my brother was able to dowload v2.9.1.1 into his friends laptop in december 2008

the matter is that I'm not sure it will work now, the version is too old, besides YouTube has made a lot of changes recently.

Coz it still works and my PC got formatted and so its gone.
I had it in my USB and i jus copy and pasted the v.2.9.1.1 into the PC and it worked!!!

And thinking that it wouldn't work so i jus deleted it from my USB.

I searched in archives of about 2 years' prescription and the oldest version was 3.1

There's this website i know where i can download the v.2.9.1.1 but after downloading and installing, it turns out to be the latest software.
The v.3.1 software all look the same which still makes it harder for me to use.

I can't seem to download the version 4.1.2.50 of Free Studio available in this website.
The setup i download turns put to be the version 4.1.0.0 instead.

I think it might be because of your experiments with old versions.
Try to do the following steps:

1. go to Start->All programs->DVDVideoSoft->Uninstall
2. manually delete folders (if you have them on your pc):
- C:\Program Files\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft
3. download our test version of Free Studio here.

I was excited that your latest version of YouTube-to-Mp3 came out so soon after my last update, but I had to delete the update and go back to the previous version only days later.

Problem 1:
The annoying bug of being asked "Do you what to download?" regarding companion videos was too much to bear (beyond the poor English).

Problem 2:
You went back to a 'Download Complete' pop-up. I was glad you had removed this, as it was an unnecessary clicking event. Then for some weird reason, you re-included it to my dismay.

It'll be awhile before I trust another update, at least not without backing up my current installaton.

1. This message appears in case there are video responses on that YouTube clip. In other cases you don't get any pop-up window. The message is:

"There are video responses for this video.
Do you what to download?"

2. This message is necessary, it was added on purpose, because some downloading processes may be aborted or so , and we must inform users about the status of the prosess.
